What to do when you call an ambulance?
Speak CALMLY and CLEARLY.

The Dispatcher will ask a number of questions. Be prepared to give:
1.
Your name   2. Address   3.Telephone number   4. Exact location of the victim   5.Nature of the problem

Do not hang up until the Dispatcher tells you to.  They may require additional information or may need to give you further instructions.

For an ambulance or emergencies call 919 or 911.
